"The driver was on time and excellent. However I called the day before to change the destination, I was assured by the person on the phone that this would be done and the driver would be informed. I asked for a confirmation email which they declined to do but again assured me the driver would be aware. The driver was not told leaving us both upset at the situation and without a fare being agreed meaning an awkward exchange. We are unlikely to use your service again due to this."
